2 Bedroom Condos $ 380.00 plus GST
3 Bedroom Condos $ 400.00 plus GST
Townhouses $ 500.00 (up to 2500 sqft) plus GST
1/2 Duplex $540.00 plus GST
Single Family Detached Homes - with 1 kitchen & up to 3 bathrooms
Up to 1500 SQ FT $ 500.00 plus GST
1501 up to 2500 SQ FT $ 580.00 plus GST
2501 up to 3500 SQ FT $ 600.00 plus GST
3501 up to 4500 SQFT $ 700.00 plus GST
3501 and higher call for pricing
Additional Kitchen Add $20.00 per kitchen
Additional Bathroom Add $20.00 per bathroom
Homes older than 1970 Add $60.00

Yearly roof inspection & Maintenance $120.00 (Kelowna & West Kelowna Area)+ GST
$200.00 (for roof inspection report / letters)
All other areas call for rates
Tankless Water Heater Flushing / Cleaning $ 100 plus GST (Kelowna & West Kelowna)
$ 140 plus GST ( Lake Country)

- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, email transfer and credit card. (4% technology fee added to credit card payments).
- All above inspections include a thorough inspection complete with detailed written report which will be sent via email (PDF) later that day. A hard copy can be supplied for an additional cost.
- All above rates include 1 return trip to home for follow up visual inspection if needed (2nd written report not included)
